There is no electricity, so all equipment works with gas.
Directions
Coming from Hoedspruit take the R40 – Witrivier road for ±6 km. Turn left on the Timbivati/Eastgate road for 17 km. Turn left again (dirtroad) for 3,7km until you reach the Klaserie “Incheni” gate, and then another ±10 km to the camp site. From the gate, we would advise that 4x4 vehicles should be used, or you can be escorted to the campsite if you do not have a 4x4 vehicle.

Please arrange with us for the following:
- Use of the shuttle from Hoedspruit
- Use of the shuttle from the Klaserie gate
- Use of the shuttle from the Eastgate Airport
- Own transport to the camp - 4 x 4 only
For your information:
Ross is situated in the Klaserie private nature reserve and forms part of the greater Kruger National Park. It is a Big 5 area with no fences around the camp.
- No electricity - there are lamps and candles in all rooms. Please also feel free to bring your own flashlights
- This is a malaria area - please make the necessary provisions. Consult your doctor to be certain
- Please notify us if any member of your group has an allergy that we need to be aware of
- Whilst it is a fact that Elephants, Lions, Rhino, buffalo and a variety of plains game are seen on a regular basis, we cannot guarantee sightings and/or proper weather conditions
- A large variety of birds are found in the area. If you are a keen birdwatcher, please come prepared.
